Environmentally Friendly Features

Nature Bay Developers are committed to the environment in North Cyprus. Some of the environmentally friendly features that Nature Bay Developers has installed on our sites are of European Standards and are widely used throughout the EU. Sewage Treatment Plants:
Treatment The UK Government through Defra and the Environment Agency set targets to reduce water pollution by at least 20% by the end of this decade. To this end new Groundwater Regulations where introduced in response to EU Directives. In line with these regulations, Nature Bay Developers offers on the Sea Vistas site a closed "loop water" management recycling system -used widely through the UK- that not only treats the effluent, preventing pollution but then recycles the effluent in a cost effective and environmentally friendly manner.
  Each 2 blocks have a self-contained, sealed sewage processing plant imported from the U.K., which purifies all waste and transfers it to a 10 cube metre depot tank. The depot tank has a submersible pump that provides irrigation to the gardens automatically via a computer timer.
We provide the treatment plant, whereas purchasers share the depot cost of only £120 +VAT each. As North Cyprus lacks a proper sewerage treatment plant, we have come up with this setting to ensure that the water table and environment remains uncontaminated.

 Landscaping:
The landscaping of each block has been arranged at a cost of £300 +VAT per flat. It includes:
 Preparation of soil
Irrigation piping throughout the garden
Membrane to prevent weed growth
+- 10cm of white/grey stone granules
Trees, bushes, creepers throughout as well as the penthouses.

| Elimination of Visual Pollution:
Below are some of the precautions taken by Nature Bay Developers to reduce visual pollution and provide a more aesthetic look of the site:
Elimination of 1 and 2 ton storage tank eyesores on top and below flats
All plumbing, sewage, water and air conditioning pipes have been concealed entirely from view within conduits on the sides and rear of each block.
All mechanical equipment are installed on top of the roof so that they have no impact on visual aesthetics of the site. |
